Sometimes in life you just get one blow after another, earlier on this week a friend got some life changing news, as per usual I spent the whole weekend over thinking.
There was a lack of positivity luckily I decided to change this and go for a stroll, simple, yes but one of the ways where I can put things in perspective.
I made my way to a bush reserve and I find there is nothing quite so wonderful being surrounded by trees and birdsong to clear the mind and relax.
I didn’t take many pictures as I wanted it to just be a time without thinking about anything else.
So I only took a few at the end of the walk when I came to nice little rocked area (perfect for climbing if I was still capable haha)
Its easy to get caught up in a variety of things and forget to unwind and take time for yourself. I think its best to find what it is that makes you ‘stress less’ and relax after a long day.
This could be anything from taking a walk like myself, cuddling a pet or baking.
Whatever works for you. Take time to do it.
